I've been so slammed lately, I've been slacking on this Blogger. Right now is the busy season (pretty much until Dec. 26th) and we've been keeping our heads above water. Lots of new designs. I've been doing some Wizard II's (diamond tail) with the 4 pack of channels. They're pretty sweet. Also have the new "Dregdemaster", it's a hybrid fishy thruster for people who want a fish but don't want to "hurt" their surfing. I take all the dome out of the deck, so you get a flatter deck, and less volume. The thickness runs out to the rails. This allows me to shape you a board with as much float as your normal board, but 1/4- 3/8" thinner!! You'd ride one 2" shorter, 1/2" wider, and 1/4" thinner than your Standard Issue. Like for me, that's a 5'11" x 19 5/8" x 2"...Also a super deep almost Bonzer double concave. I really like the new Teqoph boards by Bill Johnson. If you get a chance, check 'em out. He does the Bonzer bottom, like a "funnel" double concave, from straight under your FRONT foot, and widening until it releases behind the front fins. Pretty sick. I'll definitely be trying one asap!!! I wish there was more exciting news from around here, but design is the only thing on my mind (until Hurricanes start!!)..Oh, I went horseback riding for our anniversary. It was pretty sick. I've never ridden a horse before, Nicole had way back. I knew right when we walked up which horse (or DONKEY) they'd stick me with. They were all like beautiful brown horses, with one spotted friggin' mule thing. I got stuck on that one. Of course, he was the one that didn't want to follow the leader, and wanted nothing but grass the whole time. He kept bending over to eat, and I felt like I was taking a dive over his shoulders onto my aching neck!! But, I didn't fall, and we rode down to the beach on Amelia Island. It was cool. We found a TON of sharks teeth on the beach, gotta love that. Nicole officially changed her name for our anniversary, guess she was waiting a year to see if she could handle me. So she's Nicole Christine Angelo-Baggett, hooray!!! We've become such a dream team. Alright, back to work. Think I'm going surfing this afternoon finally!!
